Patricia A. O'Gorman

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia "Tricia" Ann O’Gorman (Barnes), who left us on February 15, 2025. 

Tricia was the beloved wife of Thomas O’Gorman and the loving mother of Alexis "Ellie" Lachowicz and Dan (Sarah) O’Gorman. She adored her grandchildren, Olivia and Gavin O’Gorman, who brought immense joy to her life.

Tricia was the cherished daughter of the late Lucille and Richard Donald Barnes, and the dear sister of Robert (Cathy) Barnes and the late Richard Barnes. She was a special daughter-in-law of the late Monica and John “Jack” O’Gorman.

She was also a beloved sister-in-law of Eileen (Robert) Sobotka, Kathleen (James) Altman, Madelyn (David) Ryan, John (Sheila) O’Gorman, Anne Halpin, Mary Jo (Terrence) O’Neill, Maureen (Paul) Andersen, Patrick (Carrie) O’Gorman, Robert (Leanne) O’Gorman, and the late Michael O’Gorman. Tricia was a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2025, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home in Oak Lawn, IL.

Tricia’s kindness, warmth, and unwavering love for her family will be dearly missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Tricia’s memory may be made to the Greater Chicago Food Depository or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
