Paul W. Jaeger

Paul William Jaeger was born on December 21, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Paul and Helen Jaeger. Paul entered eternal life with Jesus on July 17, 2026 in Oak Lawn, Illinois.

Paul was married to the love of his life Linda Lou Jaeger on January 26, 1963. He loved her more than anything in the world. They shared 63 years together and their marriage was built on faith, family and friendship.

Paul was the beloved father to Tim (Lori), Mark (Daniela), Paulie, and Jim (Carly). He was the beloved grandfather to Leah (Tyler), Matthew (Jessica), Jacob, Valentina (Jonah), Joshua, Sabrina, Jack, Mikaela and Haley. He was the beloved great-grandfather to Caleb and Wyatt.

He was incredibly proud of his children and their families. Paul cherished his nieces and nephews and all of his extended family. He loved spending time with them and being a part of their lives.

Paul will be remembered during a special funeral service on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 11:00am at Trinity Lutheran Church, 9701 S. Brandt, Oak Lawn, IL 60453.

A private interment will be held in the days following at Pilgrim Home Cemetery in Arcadia, MI. A celebration of Paul’s life will be held in Arcadia at a later date.

Visitation will be held at the church Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 9:30am until the time of service at 11:00 am.

Memorial gifts may be made in Paul’s honor to Trinity Lutheran Oak Lawn to support the music programs.
