Beloved mother of Daniel (Mary) Rooney, Eileen Rooney, Kathleen Rooney, Mary Pat (John) Deckinga, & the late Susan Rooney, & Thomas Rooney.

Cherished grandmother of Melissa, Brian, Brendan, Charles (Brittany),  Thomas, George (Colleen), Kevin (Sadie), & Spencer (Cory).

Proud great grandmother of Jackson & Madison.

Preceded in death by her parents and siblings.

Dear aunt of many nieces & nephews.

Treasured friend of many.

Family will greet friends and neighbors Saturday, February 21st at Our Lady at St. Germaine Church, 9711 S. Kolin in Oak Lawn from 9:30 am until the time of Mass at 11:00 am.

Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Marian was a proud graduate of Mercy High School Class of 1949. She loved traveling, playing cards, trivia nights, & singing in the church choir. She was proud of her career with the railroads.
