Maria P. Ramos

In Loving Memory,

Maria Paz Ramos, born on January 24, 1944, entered into eternal rest on August 20, 2025, at the age of 81, with her loving family by her side.

She was married to David Ramos, with whom she shared many years with and they had 4 children.

She was a devoted mother to Brenda (Ricardo) Gomez, Olga (Marcos) Ayala, David Jr. (Kristie) Ramos, and Tom (Erika) Ramos.

A proud grandmother to 17 grandchildren and great-grandmother to 10 great-grandchildren. A cherished aunt and a dear friend to many.

Maria was one of 11 siblings, blessed with 4 sisters and 6 brothers.

Maria will be remembered for her faith, kindness, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. Her memory and legacy will forever live on in the hearts of her family and all who were blessed to know her.

Forever in our hearts, until we meet again.

Funeral Saturday, August 30th, 9:30 am from Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn to St. Oscar Romero Parish/St. Joseph Church, 4821 S. Hermitage Ave, Chicago for Mass at 10:30 am.

Interment Resurrection Cemetery.

Visitation Friday, August 29th, from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
