John T. “Jack” Quinn, 101 years, Proud WWII Veteran and a Bronze Star recipient as a PFC in the United States Army, 124th Cavalry Regiment in the India-Burma theater of operation supporting the 475th Infantry Regiment and the Mars Task Force, the successor to Merrill’s Marauders.
Beloved son of the late Bernard & Loretta Quinn.
Loving brother of the late infant brother Robert, Eileen & Jack Williams, & Richard & Marguerite Quinn.
Cherished uncle of 10.
Proud great uncle of 24 & great-great uncle of 43.
Family will meet friends & neighbors Tuesday, November 25th, 9:30 am at St. Linus Church, 10300 S. Lawler Ave. in Oak Lawn for Mass at 9:30.
Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
“Uncle Jack” was an avid fan of all Chicago sports teams and watching YouTube.
The family wishes to thank Palos Senior Living, Lightways Hospice and UChange (especially Naria) for the care they provided for the past several years.
