Loving father of John McGinty, Lucy McGinty, Linda (Ron) Matzig, Denis (Gretchen) McGinty, Thomas McGinty, Nancy McGinty, & Michael (Stacy) McGinty. Cherished grandfather of Alyssa, Ryan, Hannah, Kelsey, Dana, Isabella, Denis, Declan, Rachel, Nathan & Abraham. Dear brother of Anne (Patrick) O’Donnell, & the late Mary & Thomas McGinty, John (Mary) McGinty, Patrick (Maureen) McGinty, & Margaret (Bernard) Kilbane. Treasured uncle of many nieces & nephews. Funeral Monday 8:30 am from Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn to St. Gerald Church for mass at 9:30 am. Interment private. Visitation Sunday from 2 pm until 8 pm.
